Welcome to Fell House - a luxurious warehouse conversion comprising of The House (sleeping up to 8 guests) and The Flat - sleeping a couple or a small family and suitable for the infirm.



The House occupies the ground and first floors and has spacious accommodation for 8 guests over 4 bedrooms (2 of them with en-suite).



When Fell House was converted it was done with an eye to style and interest boasting many character features that make this accommodation so unique.



The House contains all the large social rooms in the property with a large lounge, and a dining/kitchen capable of seating 16.



The flat is small and cosy The living room contains a dining table suitable for four people, a sofa-bed and an armchair. There is a television, DVD and hi-fi for your enjoyment.The flat sleeps up to 4 guests and consists of one large bedroom and en-suite shower room. Put them together and you can get a single property that can sleep 10 in normal beds, with this number rising to 16 if you are prepared to use futons and a sofa bed.



Fell House is situated within the lovely ancient town of Sedbergh, in Cumbria, which is part of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, so there is easy access to either the dales or the lakes, boasting fabulous walks and views with some wonderful shops and three great pubs - the best one is just 50 metres from Fell House.

Our well equipped cottages provide a homely base from which to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. Or you may choose to stay put, soak up the peace, walk in the glorious woodland, watch the cows being milked, or just have a glass of wine on the terrace, look at the view and unwind.



The Cottage is the spacious and comfortable west wing of Arrallas Farm House. It is very well equipped and provides all you need for a peaceful and relaxing Cornish break. Beautifully furnished and well equipped this cosy cottage has 3 bedrooms all with stunning views over the valley

The Stables has been lovingly converted and extended providing a stylish single storey property that can accommodate up to six people. Sandbed is a four star visit England Cottage is a delightful mix of old and new, with exposed beams, stone work and flagged floor, the furniture has been carefully handpicked to provide charm and character along with all modern conveniences. The downstairs living place is open plan with a contemporary modern fire, digital TV, DVD and a fully equipped kitchen. The upstairs is reached by a handmade oak staircase onto a gallery sitting area from which there are 2 good sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There is also a spacious shower room with WC, basin and large quadrant shower cubicle.



Sandbed Cottage nestles at the foot of the slopes of Harter Fell part of the spectacular Howgills, with the stunning limestone pavements of Fellend Clouds just a short walk away. These little known hills and fells are gazed by Swaledale sheep and wild fell ponies, with Buzzards soaring over head and the call of the curlew carried on the breeze. Sandbed Cottage is ideal for a good strenuous walk or horse/bike ride up breathtaking Wild Boar Fell or a gentler meander along the valley bottom whichever you choose the scenery is breathtaking! Sandbed Cottage is situated in a perfect position for exploring the area, it is only 7 miles from the book town of Sedbergh and 3 miles from Ravenstonedale, a lovely little village with two pubs serving restaurant and bar meals. There is a children's playground in Ravenstonedale and some Gilbertine ruins in the grounds of St.Oswald church. The ancient market town of Kirby Stephen is just seven miles away and sits at the head of the Eden Valley and on Alfred Wainwrights coast to coast route, the area also offers river fishing on the Eden, Belah and Lune, horse riding, golf and the famous Settle-Carlisle railway is nearby. A little further afield are the fells, lakes and mountains of the Lake District and the stunning landscape of the Yorkshire Dales both offering plenty of attractions.

Muckrach Castle offers luxury self catering accommodation and is situated within its own grounds in a magnificent rural location of Speyside in the picturesque Scottish Highlands within the Cairngorm National Park, an area renowned for its outstanding scenery and wildlife.



Set in an acre of beautiful gardens, the castle offers breathtaking panoramic views over the Spey Valley and the Cairngorm mountains.

Muckrach Castle's unique accommodation is split over four floors. There are five bedrooms in total, providing accommodation for eight to ten people. The castle has been sympathetically renovated to the highest standards boasting a magnificent stone walled kitchen / dining room with vaulted ceiling.



Through the glass door to the right of the kitchen is the conservatory featuring full length patio doors that lead through to an enclosed lawn area. A beautiful spiral staircase leads to the first floor and to the Great Hall which has antique pine paneling and a giant open fireplace. On the second floor the beautifully furnished master bedroom features a stunning antique four poster bed, wash-hand basin and recessed bath unit.

A modern bathroom with WC is located on this floor, together with a further small bedroom with full sized built in bunk beds, an ideal room for children.



There are two twin bedrooms on the third floor, both with separate wash hand basins and a further tower room equipped with full sized bunk beds ideally suited to children.



Muckrach castle is within easy driving distance of Inverness Airport and just 12 miles from Aviemore, where the tourist centre offers recreation for both children and adults alike. The Castle is ideally situated for guests to take advantage of the great outdoors with a plethora of activities and many walks through the stunning scenery of Spey Valley, Lake Aviemore and the Scottish Highlands.

Talehay Farmhouse is a grade 2 listed 17th Century Cornish farmstead - No longer a working farm, Talehay is surrounded by and overlooks open countryside around a central courtyard of 4 well specified and tastefully furnished converted Cornish stone built cottages providing self-catering accommodation.



Sleeping from 2-4 guests these delightful cottages have been lovingly refurbished to provide well equipped and stylish living accommodation. Tastefully furnished with all of the things you expect to find plus those little extras that make your stay so very special. We personally supervise the cottages to assure the highest standards of comfort and cleanliness. We are proud to say that many of our guests return regularly each year and highly recommend us to their family and friends.



All cottages are supplied with their own picnic table and seating area as well as benefiting from the use of the spacious communal gardens with lawned areas, ideal for picnics and barbecues and safe for your children to play in. To the rear of the main house are a further two and a half acres of pasture land where guests can walk their dogs or play with their children.



Amongst a plethora of local attractions and amenities Talehay is close to beaches, sailing, fishing, diving, golf, cycling, walking and horse riding and within 3 miles, is the wonderful town of Looe which has a large sandy beach and promenade.

Nanjeath Farm is a 17th century traditional listed Farmstead which is located in the heart of Cornwall in a peaceful and secluded location, yet within easy reach of all the attractions that Cornwall has to offer.



Our barns have been sympathetically converted by local craftsmen who specialise in listed buildings to provide spacious holiday cottages that are tastefully furnished and offer the utmost comfort.



We have 5 cottages available to choose from sleeping from 2 to 4 persons. All the cottages have retained their original features with open beams, slate and wooden floors with rugs and comfy sofas.

Welcome to Kernock Cottages in the Lynher Valley, Cornwall. This luxury holiday accommodation offers 4 and 5 star self catering in three beautifully restored barns set in a 25-acre private estate.



The cottages are high quality, spacious, comfortable and flexible, sleeping 6, 4 or 2 people (plus cots if required).



Features include oak and Rhodesian teak flooring, beamed ceilings, rugs and a mix of contemporary and antique furniture, paintings and sculptures making each cottage comfortable and unique.



Inside the holiday cottages each kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, microwave, ceramic or gas hob, fridge, freezer and a full complement of kitchen equipment and cookery books.



The bedrooms can be arranged as king-sized or twin rooms - the comfortable beds have lovely goose down duvets and pillows with pure Egyptian cotton covers for a luxurious feel. Every bedroom has a beautifully finished and well equipped ensuite bath or shower room.



Each cottage is equipped with a CD player, television with DVD and digibox, radio alarm, board games and books for lazy days in.



Outside each holiday cottage you'll find a private garden, well-lit terrace, built-in barbeque area and hardwood furniture. There are 28 beautiful acres of mature gardens, woodland, paddocks and fields to explore, an adventure playground for children, and lots to do locally.
