Welcome to Fell House - a luxurious warehouse conversion comprising of The House (sleeping up to 8 guests) and The Flat - sleeping a couple or a small family and suitable for the infirm.



The House occupies the ground and first floors and has spacious accommodation for 8 guests over 4 bedrooms (2 of them with en-suite).



When Fell House was converted it was done with an eye to style and interest boasting many character features that make this accommodation so unique.



The House contains all the large social rooms in the property with a large lounge, and a dining/kitchen capable of seating 16.



The flat is small and cosy The living room contains a dining table suitable for four people, a sofa-bed and an armchair. There is a television, DVD and hi-fi for your enjoyment.The flat sleeps up to 4 guests and consists of one large bedroom and en-suite shower room. Put them together and you can get a single property that can sleep 10 in normal beds, with this number rising to 16 if you are prepared to use futons and a sofa bed.

Sandbed is a four star visit England Cottage is a delightful mix of old and new, with exposed beams, stone work and flagged floor, the furniture has been carefully handpicked to provide charm and character along with all modern conveniences. The downstairs living place is open plan with a contemporary modern fire, digital TV, DVD and a fully equipped kitchen. The upstairs is reached by a handmade oak staircase onto a gallery sitting area from which there are 2 good sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Sandbed Cottage nestles at the foot of the slopes of Harter Fell part of the spectacular Howgills, with the stunning limestone pavements of Fellend Clouds just a short walk away. These little known hills and fells are gazed by Swaledale sheep and wild fell ponies, with Buzzards soaring over head and the call of the curlew carried on the breeze. Sandbed Cottage is ideal for a good strenuous walk or horse/bike ride up breathtaking Wild Boar Fell or a gentler meander along the valley bottom whichever you choose the scenery is breathtaking! Sandbed Cottage is situated in a perfect position for exploring the area, it is only 7 miles from the book town of Sedbergh and 3 miles from Ravenstonedale, a lovely little village with two pubs serving restaurant and bar meals. There is a children's playground in Ravenstonedale and some Gilbertine ruins in the grounds of St.Oswald church. The ancient market town of Kirby Stephen is just seven miles away and sits at the head of the Eden Valley and on Alfred Wainwrights coast to coast route, the area also offers river fishing on the Eden, Belah and Lune, horse riding, golf and the famous Settle-Carlisle railway is nearby. A little further afield are the fells, lakes and mountains of the Lake District and the stunning landscape of the Yorkshire Dales both offering plenty of attractions.

Muckrach Castle offers luxury self catering accommodation and is situated within its own grounds in a magnificent rural location of Speyside in the picturesque Scottish Highlands within the Cairngorm National Park, an area renowned for its outstanding scenery and wildlife.



Set in an acre of beautiful gardens, the castle offers breathtaking panoramic views over the Spey Valley and the Cairngorm mountains.

Muckrach Castle's unique accommodation is split over four floors. There are five bedrooms in total, providing accommodation for eight to ten people. The castle has been sympathetically renovated to the highest standards boasting a magnificent stone walled kitchen / dining room with vaulted ceiling.



Through the glass door to the right of the kitchen is the conservatory featuring full length patio doors that lead through to an enclosed lawn area. Talehay Farmhouse is a grade 2 listed 17th Century Cornish farmstead - No longer a working farm, Talehay is surrounded by and overlooks open countryside around a central courtyard of 4 well specified and tastefully furnished converted Cornish stone built cottages providing self-catering accommodation.



Sleeping from 2-4 guests these delightful cottages have been lovingly refurbished to provide well equipped and stylish living accommodation. This detached house is surrounded by 50 acres of woodland, home to red deer and numerous other wildlife, and makes for the perfect secluded holiday setting. A sparkling trout stream babbles through the gardens on its way to the sea at Heddons Mouth. Walkers will be in their element with some lovely countryside walks directly from the property including a gentle stroll through the valley to the nearby Hunters Inn which is renowned for its lovely food. There is much to see and do in the area and you can enjoy the sweeping sands of Woolacombe, Putsborough, Croyde and Saunton, ranked among the finest beaches in Europe. Fringed by cliffs and sand dunes, and studded with rock pools, these golden beaches offer a range of activities, from bucket and spade fun to surfing and watersports. There are attractions to suit all tastes which include National Trust Arlington Court, Watermouth Castle, Exmoor Zoological Gardens, Combe Martin Dinosaur Park and much more. On site, relax in the enclosed swimming pool, stroll the gardens sited by the stream, or use the hot tub.

Set in a secluded wooded valley in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty a very short distance from the Exmoor National Park and close to the spectacular North Devon Coast, it has the appearance of a small private hamlet. There are just five letting properties. Two are wings of the old Coulscott farmhouse; one medieval and one Georgian. The others are converted farm buildings set around a courtyard. There are no other houses within a quarter of a mile.



Good sleep is essential to a relaxing holiday. All beds in Coulscott have pocket sprung mattresses with Memory Foam. The beds are big too. All the double beds are king-sized or bigger. We also understand the importance of spotlessly clean properties provided with crisp sheets and lots of good quality towels.



Coulscott has a full-sized indoor pool open all year round. Two properties each have their own sheltered outdoor hot-tubs. The three cottageswill share a new hot-tubfrom 2010 where private sessions are bookable. There is a children's play area including a large climbing frame with swings and a big trampoline. Coulscott is set in 16 acres, much of it open to guests. It has woodland, streams and a pond and is home to badgers, foxes, buzzards, owls and much more wildlife. Sheep and cows graze the surrounding steep meadows that shelter it on three sides. Down the valley are lovely views over rolling fields and woods with scarcely a building in sight.

Allen Cottage is peacefully situated in an idyllic rural setting surrounded by beautiful natural countryside, where deer reside in the woods, buzzards nest in the huge beech trees and a myriad of wonderful birdlife inhabits the pretty south facing garden.



It is a wonderful touring base for Stirling, Loch Lomond and the National Park, Aberfoyle and the Trossachs, but is only an hour from Inverary, Edinburgh and Perth and under an hour to Glasgow.

There are three delicatessens , Balfron, Kippen and Buchlyvie. There are two well stocked general grocer shops, The Co-op in Balfron and Costcutters in Buchlyvie, and also a very good butcher in Buchlyvie.



There is a very pretty pottery shop on the main street in Buchlyvie where most things are made on the premises - well worth a visit!
