Pen Y Clip is a fully restored, impeccably stylish, modernist villa nestled into the hillside above the village of Menai Bridge. Its 3 acres of private grounds keep it secluded yet frame a breathtaking view of the Straits and mountains of Snowdonia
The house itself is spacious, light and uncluttered. It boasts a huge lounge, with oak floors and wood burning stove, a perfect room for watching a film and getting cosy in front of the fire or, on a summer evening, throwing open the door and enjoying the garden.
Adjoining the lounge is a library/music room a quiet peaceful room to sit and read or listen to music. The games room is a place to enjoy a game of table tennis or darts. There's also a large TV where kids can plug in their games consoles and flop out on bean bags!
The kitchen has a French farmhouse table seating 12 people comfortably. A professionally equipped kitchen, boasting all Miele appliances, Corian worktops integrated double fridge and freezer. There's also a wall mounted flat screen TV with sky and freeview .
