Welcome to Fell House - a luxurious warehouse conversion comprising of The House (sleeping up to 8 guests) and The Flat - sleeping a couple or a small family and suitable for the infirm.



The House occupies the ground and first floors and has spacious accommodation for 8 guests over 4 bedrooms (2 of them with en-suite).



When Fell House was converted it was done with an eye to style and interest boasting many character features that make this accommodation so unique.



The House contains all the large social rooms in the property with a large lounge, and a dining/kitchen capable of seating 16.



The flat is small and cosy The living room contains a dining table suitable for four people, a sofa-bed and an armchair. There is a television, DVD and hi-fi for your enjoyment.The flat sleeps up to 4 guests and consists of one large bedroom and en-suite shower room. Put them together and you can get a single property that can sleep 10 in normal beds, with this number rising to 16 if you are prepared to use futons and a sofa bed.



Fell House is situated within the lovely ancient town of Sedbergh, in Cumbria, which is part of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, so there is easy access to either the dales or the lakes, boasting fabulous walks and views with some wonderful shops and three great pubs - the best one is just 50 metres from Fell House.

Our well equipped cottages provide a homely base from which to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. Or you may choose to stay put, soak up the peace, walk in the glorious woodland, watch the cows being milked, or just have a glass of wine on the terrace, look at the view and unwind.



The Cottage is the spacious and comfortable west wing of Arrallas Farm House. It is very well equipped and provides all you need for a peaceful and relaxing Cornish break. Beautifully furnished and well equipped this cosy cottage has 3 bedrooms all with stunning views over the valley

The Stables has been lovingly converted and extended providing a stylish single storey property that can accommodate up to six people. Featuring a large modern ktchen/diner, a contemporary, comfy living room and 3 bedrooms with spectacular views providing the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy this wonderful location.

Sandbed is a four star visit England Cottage is a delightful mix of old and new, with exposed beams, stone work and flagged floor, the furniture has been carefully handpicked to provide charm and character along with all modern conveniences. The downstairs living place is open plan with a contemporary modern fire, digital TV, DVD and a fully equipped kitchen. The upstairs is reached by a handmade oak staircase onto a gallery sitting area from which there are 2 good sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There is also a spacious shower room with WC, basin and large quadrant shower cubicle.



Sandbed Cottage nestles at the foot of the slopes of Harter Fell part of the spectacular Howgills, with the stunning limestone pavements of Fellend Clouds just a short walk away. These little known hills and fells are gazed by Swaledale sheep and wild fell ponies, with Buzzards soaring over head and the call of the curlew carried on the breeze. Sandbed Cottage is ideal for a good strenuous walk or horse/bike ride up breathtaking Wild Boar Fell or a gentler meander along the valley bottom whichever you choose the scenery is breathtaking! Sandbed Cottage is situated in a perfect position for exploring the area, it is only 7 miles from the book town of Sedbergh and 3 miles from Ravenstonedale, a lovely little village with two pubs serving restaurant and bar meals. There is a children's playground in Ravenstonedale and some Gilbertine ruins in the grounds of St.Oswald church. The ancient market town of Kirby Stephen is just seven miles away and sits at the head of the Eden Valley and on Alfred Wainwrights coast to coast route, the area also offers river fishing on the Eden, Belah and Lune, horse riding, golf and the famous Settle-Carlisle railway is nearby. A little further afield are the fells, lakes and mountains of the Lake District and the stunning landscape of the Yorkshire Dales both offering plenty of attractions.
